Alexandra Iliescu is an executive leadership coach with over 15 years of experience working with senior leaders and executives across industries and continents. She helps leaders not only perform at the level their roles demand, but lead with greater intention, self-awareness, and impact.

Before becoming a coach, Alexandra held senior leadership roles in multinational organizations across Spain, Venezuela, Italy, Portugal, and Romania. That experience shapes every conversation — she speaks the language of business and understands the weight of real decisions.

How the work unfolds

The work begins with a genuine conversation. While some engagements include assessments or structured frameworks, the starting point is always a space in which a leader can think out loud, without the usual constraints of role or position.

From there, the coaching unfolds around what matters most: the decisions that carry real weight, the dynamics that limit energy, the patterns that prevent strong impact.

A significant part of that work is understanding what stops a leader from being at their best — the beliefs, habits, and reactions that surface precisely when the pressure is highest. Not to judge them, but to understand them well enough to lead beyond them.

The approach is practical and human in equal measure. Sessions are structured enough to move things forward and open enough to follow what is actually present. Progress is real and visible — in how a leader shows up, how their team responds, and how they navigate the moments that count.

Alexandra holds an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching in the UK, Coaching Fundamentals from the University of Cambridge, and certifications in MBTI, Belbin Team Roles, and Systemic Constellations. She is also a trained Holistic Counsellor accredited by SIAF in Italy.

She currently serves as an Associate Executive Coach with BTS, one of the world's largest business transformation companies, working across Southern Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and North America.
